Shipment Processing Time
All orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, orders will arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and shipping method selected.
Shipping Couriers
We use a range of couriers to ensure your order reaches you efficiently. If you have restrictions on receiving from a particular courier, inform us by emailing tonyspawpet@gmail.com with your order number.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). All orders are shipped with tracking and you will receive your tracking number by email as soon as it's available.

Shipping Rate:
Free standard shipping on orders over $60 and expedited shipping on orders over $100 Area:
Europe: the entire European region (excluding Russian Siberia and the Far East, Iceland, and Greenland)
North America: United States, Canada, Mexico, Central American countries.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
South America: Venezuela, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Chile, Argentina.
Asia: Excludes Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Mongolia.

- *Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and APO takes 5-10 business days and costs $10.95.
